North Miami Councilwoman Carol Keys partnered with Howard Tonkin, Owner of Urban Habitat, to plant new pine trees throughout the City of North Miami. Councilwoman Carol Keys hosted an intimate gathering to showcase the completion of the “Wall of Trees” project located along 123rd Street behind the North Miami Police Department (700 NE 124th Street).
